Jolliffe Property Management is proudly run by Matt Jolliffe, a qualified electrician with over 20 years of experience in electrical work and building maintenance across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.
Based in Malvern and managing properties across Worcester and the surrounding areas, Matt brings a hands-on, reliable approach to everything from tenant sourcing and rent collection to maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment projects.
Known for his friendly nature and strong work ethic, Matt believes in clear communication, quick turnarounds, and treating every property as if it were his own.
When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him unwinding among his beloved beehives—his favourite escape from the tools and to-do lists.
